[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Steven FoxSteven Fox, is a Senior Cyber Security Officer, US Dept. of Treasury outlined changes that have occurred in exchanging security information with Europe since the Edward Snowden revelations.  Safe Harbor originally allowed very liberal boundaries for exchanging data but the new regulations under Privacy Shield provide for very serious penalties for data breaches. Basically the Europeans don’t trust us any more.
