Proview, the Chinese company which originally licensed the name iPad to an Apple subsidiary in China isn’t satisfied with creating legal headaches on its home turf. Now they have brought the game to America and are suing Apple in its own backyard, claiming copyright infringement. Proview is seeking to have all iPad sales stopped in the US; the case in China has been suspended.
