On Toshiba A105-S4334 XP Home i noticed my processor was runnimg 90+% so I run Registry mechanic. Detected ~170 problems and cleared them up. Then I was trying to run Care One to make sure there are no wires/malware. This was in backroud while I was working on my stuff; than screen disappeard.

With power on I got Toshiba screen with F2/ F12 option but windows would not boot up. I have tried boot up from CD, I can hear atempt cd drive but didn't boot.

I have tried Safe Mode: Last good configuration

                                    debugging Mode

                                    start win. normaly nothing works

Is that anything I can do before throwing out? thank you

Yup.  You can format the drive, re-install windows, and promise yourself that you'll never poke around in your registry again.
