I have been using Windows XP from 2 years. Since i am a software developer therefore I make use of different software.

Yesterday I was creating database of all the employees of an organization. Uncertainly some of the important details was deleted. I searched for that details in the recycle bin but it was empty.

Is there any was to restore the deleted SQL data safely?
