There is a new virus removal tool from Microsoft:

This is a beefed up version of the scanner that Microsoft runs on every patch Tuesday.  In case people do not know, you can also run the monthly Malicious Software Removal Tool anytime you want from the command prompt using the command "mrt".

The Safety Scanner is a standalone .exe that will work for 10 days till it needs to be refreshed.  It is a similar tool to malwarebytes.

This is another tool to keep in mind.
