ConfusedWhere can I get a replacement battery for my UPS??? After leaving my Cyber Power CP865avr battery backup UPS plugged

into the wall outlet, the PC said it was not making communication with it, I checked usb

cables and they were plugged in.ConfusedSurprised

Perhaps you mean CP685AVR?  I do not see a CP865AVR.  There is a CP825AVR.  Anyway, simply google for a replacement battery with the battery type for your model.  For the 685 a replacement battery is about $25.

 

However even if the battery were bad, the USB communications should still work to tell the PC the battery is, in fact, bad.  I have a APC model and when the battery is bad the communication still works.  You may have some other issue.
