When I click on internet explorer it will open for a moment and then drops…no problem with Google Chrome or Firefox…I contacted Microsoft, they suggested a Reinstall Fix disk from Dell…I received the reinstallation disk sat…for MS windows XP home Service Pack 3…installed it but noticed it was scratched on the coded side…it looks like a razor blade cut complete accross the disk(I cannot determine if the install did infact install)…the initial problem has not be resolved and I now receive a MS Security Essentials alert that I may be a victim of software counterfeiting and MS security essentials will stop working in 29 days…what do I do next???….thanks, Roger
