After using system restore I was not able to access Firefox (crash Report) & sent them a report. I followed their suggestions to no avail.

 

Was unable to uninstall Firefox (and then re-install).

Got Firefox uninstalled and re-installed it.

Had to remove crash files and then was able to use Firefox or as I did reinstall.
