I've already shared that the redirect only happens when the device be it a PC or Iphone is connecting to the net via the Verizon DSL. The iphone surfs to the correct site when using 3g.

I've already tried changing the DNS servers to use Google's DNS and I'm still being redirected.

Those interested may want to visit  http://www.techsupportforum.co…..009-2.html where this topic is being discussed in depth.

Any other solutions or suggestions are appreciated.

You do not seem to want to tell us the complete story of what you are doing.  In a previous post you indicated you had a router.  Now you tell us you changed the DNS, but you failed to tell us if it was in the computer or the router.

If you changed it in the computer but not in the router you only did half a job.  The DNS setting in the router is the one that is used when you have a router.

You have not indicated if you have cleared cookies and cache for Bestbuy, without clearing them you may be loading the bad page right from your own computer.

You have not posted the DNS for Verizon  like some one asked you so we can test it.

The same thing has been happening to me, and only the last few weeks. I have Verizon DSL. It happens on Best Buy (Turkish), Taco Bell (Phillipines) and Chevrolet (Singapore). When I connected on my iphone it did the same thing, but when I turned off the wireless and went to 3G, it worked fine. When we got our router, we set up the locks and protection on it. Computers have virus and malware protection. Considering everyone here is having the issue with Verizon… It seems like it's more than just our individual router/modems. I live off the beaten path and know everyone in my neighborhood closely, so the likely hood of someone just 'driving by' to mess with my router is slim to none. If anyone figures out anything that works, I'll be happy to try it.

I really feel that from all that has been said in this thread that the DNS server that Verizon uses has been hacked.  Maybe more than once.  I also think that these sites with the foreign languages may be false sites that may have a virus.  The sites you listed are major sites that a lot of people would go to and thus entrap a good number of people.

Some where back in this thread some one suggested one or more alternate DNS servers to try.  If you would try one of them and do it in the router as well as the computer I think you will find that you get to the site you desire and in the correct language.

As for your Iphone I do not have on nor do I have a Verizon cell phone so can not test it nor know how it works.
