I am looking to hook 1 computer up so it's screen can be seen from 4 different rooms. Is there any way to do this wirelessly or am I going to have to run wires through the ceiling? I don't think the building has wifi so using the Internet will not work. It is for a timer program so the screens need to be identical.

Yup.  It's definitely possible, using wireless usb.  I've seen it with 2 monitors, but I don't know of a reason why it couldn't be done with 4.  Do a google search for "wireless multiple monitors".  Here are a couple links you might like to look at:

Bear in mind that any solution like this won't be had for $49, or $79, or $99 bucks.  After all is said and done, and not including the monitors, you're likely to spend close to a grand.

 

If you were willing to run some CAT5 cable here and there, you could go a slightly more affordable route.  Google "VGA Balun".
